How soon will my order be shipped?
We're committed to getting your new Helinox gear to you as quickly as possible. Please
keep in mind that our warehouse typically processes and ships orders within 24–48
hours. The shipping method you selected will begin once your package is picked up by
the carrier. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Does Helinox make accessories for sand or soft ground?
We offer a complete range of groundsheets and ball feet, specially designed to be
compatible with most Helinox chairs—making it easy to enhance stability and
performance wherever you go.
One of my leg poles broke—how can I get it repaired or replaced?
For assistance, please contact us through our WARRANTY PAGE. Our dedicated
warranty team is here to help—whether that involves sending a replacement pole or
repairing the item at our service center.
Where are Helinox products manufactured?
Our frames are manufactured in Korea, while our seat covers and carry cases are
produced with care in Vietnam.
I selected 2-day shipping, but my order hasn't arrived yet. Can you explain
why?
We’re committed to getting your new Helinox products to you as quickly as possible.
Please note that our warehouse has a 24–48 hour "pick-and-ship" window. Your
selected shipping option begins once your order is picked up by the carrier. Additionally,
the 2-day shipping option refers to 2 business days, according to FedEx, and excludes
weekends and holidays.
An ember from the campfire burned a hole in my seat—how should I handle
this?
You can either repair it using a patch kit (tent repair kits can be found online), or visit our
website's replacement parts section to browse available replacement seats. REPLACEMENT PARTS.
I’ve lost my carry case, do you offer replacements?
Yes, we have replacements available. You can find them HERE.
What’s the best way to clean my product?
We recommend spot cleaning with water and a soft cloth or tissue.
Can I return a used product for a refund?
You can return the product within 30 days for a full refund, provided it is in "as new"
condition—undamaged and with the original packaging. To help maintain its "as new"
condition, we recommend testing the product indoors first. Any outdoor use, especially
on dirt, may cause scuffs on the feet and could affect the eligibility for a return.
How long is the warranty coverage for your products?
Our 5-Year Warranty guarantees coverage against manufacturing defects in materials
and craftsmanship for a period of 5 years from the original purchase date, exclusively
for the original owner.
Can I exchange my product for a different one?
While we do not offer direct exchanges, you can return your item in new or unused
condition within 30 days for a refund. Afterward, you’re welcome to place a new order
for the item you'd prefer.
