Warranty Repair Update (effective September 15, 2025)
We’re transitioning to a new warranty repair facility to expand our capacity and shorten turnaround times. During this move, repairs submitted on or after September 15, 2025 may take 2–4 additional weeks to complete. Our warranty portal remains open, and we’re still receiving products—just with a temporary delay while we get the new operation online.

Existing cases: You don’t need to resubmit. Your claim stays in queue and will be processed in order.
